Mr. Pradeep Lala is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over four decades of experience across industrial manufacturing, distribution, and integrated facility management.

He previously served as the Managing Director & CEO of Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd., where he led the organisation for over 12 years and played a key role in transforming it into one of India's leading Property & Integrated Facility Management companies managing over 130 million sq. ft. across 11 states.

Before this, he founded Horizon Airtech in 2000, which grew to become one of the country's largest distributors of Ingersoll Rand industrial compressors.

With a foundation built on operational discipline, people-first leadership, and technology integration, Mr. Lala now leads Horizon with a vision to deliver dependable, process-driven, and future-ready facility management solutions.
